As yoga connects us within, we become more aware of our regular thought patterns. We then begin to attune to how these patterns weave into tightly held personal narratives—stories we tell ourselves that frame our experience of the world. These stories affect our attitudes, beliefs, relationships and self-concept.
Join me in a practice of gentle asana, meditation, mudra, guided imagery and journaling. You will learn how to gently let go of the story lines that no longer serve you, while replacing those thoughts with intention and affirmation. With regular practice these techniques will create cumulative mindset shifts, resulting in positive life changes.
